Why are the numbers “58-60” a wine cellars best friend?
• As wine rests it ages best with two constant companions, temperature and humidity. A constant temperature between the range of 55 F and 65 F (13 C to 18 C) is always a great environment. A temperature of 58 F is ideal and will allow for storage of most wine collections both red and white.

A wine cellar should have 50% to 75% relative humidity. A humidity level of 60% is a good target. Constant temperature and humidity levels of “58-60” respectively will allow the wine to reach is full potential, especially for long term storage.
